Functions: Tonifies Qi and Blood, Regulates Menstruation

Indications: Qi and Blood deficiency presenting with a pale complexion, fatigue, weakness, cracked, brittle nails, dry skin, hair and eyes, blurring of vision, visual disturbances, poor appetite, loose stools, poor muscle tone and weakness of the limbs, numbness or tingling of the limbs, soft and low voice, lightheadedness, dizziness, palpitations, poor memory and concentration, bruising easily, scanty, irregular menstruation or amenorrhea, post-menstrual fatigue, chronic non-healing ulcers and sores, symptoms are exacerbated by fatigue or exertion.

Standard Dosage: 1 Tbs., 3 x day.
